Terms of Service

By placing an order with Hungry Cakes, you agree to the following terms:

Orders and Confirmation

All products are made to order and subject to availability. An order is confirmed only after the required advance payment has been received and acknowledged by Hungry Cakes.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate details, including the design, flavour, serving size, message, delivery address, pickup time, and allergy information.

A full or partial advance payment may be required to confirm an order. The remaining amount, where applicable, must be paid before pickup or delivery.
Prices may vary depending on the design, size, ingredients, customisation, packaging, and delivery requirements.
All Hungry Cakes orders that have been placed and approved by a Hungry Cakes baker or admin are customized and perishable. Payments made for an approved order are non-refundable in any condition, including where an order is cancelled after payment. Customers should review the final details and amount carefully before making payment.
If a payment is received without a corresponding order that has both been placed and approved by a Hungry Cakes baker or admin, the payment will be refunded. Please allow up to 7 days for the refund to be processed.

Changes to a confirmed order are subject to feasibility and may involve additional charges.
A Full Admin may cancel an order at any stage through the Hungry Cakes portal. The order will be marked as cancelled and any scheduled calendar preparation entry may be removed.
Because approved orders are customized and perishable, payments for orders placed and approved by a Hungry Cakes baker or admin are non-refundable in any condition. Hungry Cakes does not provide an automatic refund, credit, or replacement when a customer cancels an approved order or when an order cannot be used for personal reasons.

Reference images are used for inspiration. Since each cake is handmade, minor variations in colour, appearance, placement, finish, and decoration may occur.
Exact replication of another baker's design, printed image, colour shade, or digital mock-up cannot be guaranteed.

Hungry Cakes offers eggless products. However, ingredients may be processed or stored in facilities that also handle common allergens such as milk, nuts, gluten, soy, and other allergens.
Customers must disclose all allergies and dietary restrictions before confirming an order. Hungry Cakes cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment unless specifically agreed in writing.

Customers must collect or be available to receive their order at the agreed time. Delays caused by the customer may affect product quality.
Delivery timings are estimates and may be affected by traffic, weather, vehicle issues, or circumstances beyond our control.
Once an order has been collected or delivered in good condition, Hungry Cakes is not responsible for damage caused by improper handling, transport, storage, temperature, or display conditions.

Customers must follow the storage, handling, and serving instructions provided with the order. Products should be consumed within the recommended period.
Decorative elements such as toppers, dowels, supports, wires, acrylic pieces, or other non-edible items must be removed before serving.

Hungry Cakes may photograph completed products and use those photographs for its website, portfolio, social media, or promotional material. Personal photographs, names, contact details, or identifiable customer information will not be published without permission.

Hungry Cakes will not be liable for indirect losses, event-related losses, or dissatisfaction arising from personal taste preferences, minor design variations, customer-provided information, third-party delivery services, or improper handling after pickup or delivery.

Hungry Cakes reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order due to unavailable capacity, ingredient shortages, inappropriate requests, payment issues, safety concerns, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control. Any payment or other resolution, if applicable, will be communicated directly by the Hungry Cakes team and will remain subject to the customized and perishable order policy above.
By confirming and paying for an order, the customer acknowledges that they have read and accepted these terms.
